Customer Experience and Operations Assistant
Description:
• Innovative online contractor training company seeking a motivated self-starter
• Ensure every aspect of the customer experience is positive
• Assist with day-to-day operations including administrative support and processing reports
• Handle customer communications via phone and email
• Perform light accounts receivable/payable work
• Available for an occasional Saturday classroom session (approx. once per month)
Requirements:
• Reliable strong internet connection
• Quiet work environment suitable for talking on the phone with customers
• Functional office setup with working, up-to-date computer
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Google Docs
• Excellent writing skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with consistent accuracy
• Reliable

• Excellent phone and people skills including listening, problem solving, and conflict resolution
• Ability to prioritize projects
Benefits:
• Additional pay for Saturday classroom sessions: $250 for roughly 6 hrs.
• Quarterly performance bonuses totaling up to $1,000.00
• Travel expenses for in-person training.
