Employment Law Attorney
Description:
• Experienced employment attorney with 4-10 years of experience.
• Must have a well-established employment litigation, defense background.
• Trial experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with public entity defense a plus.
• Must have knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive.
• Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees required.
• Member, State Bar of California in good standing.
• Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Commitment to proactive case management.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years of employment law
• Licensed to practice in CA.
