Key Responsibilities • Engage with fans and followers on behalf of content creators via online chat platforms, ensuring a positive, personalized experience. • Identify opportunities to upsell premium content, subscriptions, and exclusive offers in a natural, customer-focused manner. • Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services. • Maintain detailed records of conversations and transactions in CRM systems. • Collaborate with team members to optimize chat strategies and share best practices. • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
