Holiday Gift Box Packaging · This 2025 seasonal assignment goes from Monday, September 29, 2025 through Christmas; F*irst shift Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30 pm. To be considered for this opportunity, you must apply in person at 303 E. Florida Street, Milwaukee 53204, door "U":* • Monday-Friday 8:00am – 4:30 pm; (Saturdays if needed); Pay $15.30 per hour. • Expect to work 34 – 40+ hours per week; hours per day vary based on what needs to be packaged that day · Work location is 303 E. Florida Street, Milwaukee, WI 53204; Enter door “D”; free parking is available · We have a strict attendance policysince each person on crew is relied upon to meet daily packaging schedules. Employees are expected to be at work daily, on time and work their entire shift. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Assemble gift boxes neatly per instructions; proper product placement. May wrap or box sausage products. • Place gift boxes in shipping box, label, and palletize. • Notify management immediately of any safety or quality concerns. • Comply with strict food and worker safety procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: • Detail oriented; Good manual dexterity. • Quality conscious. • Reliable and cooperative; Must get along well with others. • Must be able to stand for the entire shift. DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS OF POSITION: • On feet entire shift. Regular use of hands; reaching and some bending. Lifting up to 25 lbs (up to 60 lbs. if assigned to palletize). Minimally heated warehouse environment. • Must wear required personal protective equipment. SUMMARY OF WORK RULES THAT MUST BE FOLLOWED (NOT ALL-INCLUSIVE LIST) • Food/drinks are only allowed to be stored and eaten in lunchroom. • No jewelry, fake nails/eyelashes, nail polish, piercings. • Cell phones must be kept in locker and turned off or on mute; emergency calls go through our receptionist. No headphones, earbuds, or other electrical devices are allowed in work areas. • You will need to wear a hair net, beard net and face mask if applicable. • Must wear long pants and tennies or work boots; items should be clean and it is recommended that you dress in layers. No shorts or open toed/heeled shoes are allowed. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: • You will be able to utilize a locker; you need to supply your own lock. No food/beverage in locker/locker room. • You will get a 20 minute paid break and 30 minute unpaid lunch. During breaks, sausages/cold cuts, peanut butter/jelly, bread, condiments, milk and coffee are available and complimentary to eat.
