We are a small, but dynamic team of developers, designers and delivery managers that support large scale public health initiatives for Federal Agencies (Department of Defense), State and Local Health Departments, large pharmaceutical companies and healthcare organizations. What We Need We are searching for a Client Service Representative (Part Time) to join our team. The ideal candidate will love problem solving, is highly motivated, has strong people skills and a basic knowledge of technical support. To be considered, the ideal candidate is required to have: • A Common Access Card (CAC) • ServiceNow Help Desk experience • US Citizenship This position would support the Department of Defense (DOD’s) Defense Health Agency (DHA). People.Health has created a Virtual Education Center (VEC) to support over active duty military personnel and their families. The VEC was created for the Military Health System to allow providers, beneficiaries and family members to collaborate in a secure setting. The VEC promotes wellness, increases access to care and education and guides beneficiaries to events and resources of the Military Treatment Facilities. This position is part time and will focus on off-hours (evenings), weekends, and holidays. The Client Service Representative will need to login at set intervals to see if new tickets were submitted and then determine appropriate course of action. What You Would Be Doing • Put customers first - personalize each interaction using our VEC Support Ticketing System Guides. You are the first line of defense for the Military personnel and their families - make them feel special. • Accurately and timely document customer interactions into the ticketing system. Update logged information in a timely manner to track completion, general inquiries and/or resolutions. • Resolve customer concerns, prevent future issues, and promote client success in a respectful and professional manner. • Field incoming emails and tickets from customers, answer questions, demonstrate proper use of the VEC, be an active listener, ask clarifying questions to better understand the customers needs and provide a solution. • Analyze information, troubleshoot issues and document (within the ticketing system) to collaborate with the Client Solutions and Developer Teams. • Access and assist with continual internal knowledge base. • Be a confident independent worker who can contribute to team goals What We Are Looking For • Must be a US citizen. • 1-2 years experience working with ServiceNow for the Department of Defense or similar government agency. • Must have a Common Access Card (CAC). • An Associates Degree or higher is required. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Is a self motivated person who can show initiative. • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
