About the position Responsibilities • Interact with small and medium business customers in-store and through customer visits. • Demonstrate the value of Verizon's products and services to customers. • Drive small business results through coaching Sales Representatives. • Acquire and retain accounts within the consumer small business segment. • Utilize solutions-based selling techniques to meet customer needs. • Conduct outbound calling and customer visits to generate new business. • Complete contracts and report on sales activities. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. • Three or more years of relevant work experience in customer service, marketing, or sales. • Valid driver's license. • Willingness to travel. Nice-to-haves • A degree in a relevant field. • Wireless sales experience exceeding quota. • Experience leading a team. • Demonstrated capability to drive positive results in a team environment. • Exceptional people skills for negotiating and conflict resolution.
