Guest Exp Mgr-Front Office
About the position
Responsibilities
• Lead a team of Front Office, Recreation, and Bell Services Cast Members, demonstrating Disney service standards.
• Conduct regular meetings with Cast Members to communicate relevant information and provide coaching.
• Ensure safety for both Guests and Cast Members as the top priority.
• Spend up to 80% of the day in the operating area, interfacing with Guests and Cast Members.
• Make daily operational decisions that benefit Guests, Cast Members, and the business.
• Monitor daily staffing levels based on demand and manage budgets and projects.
• Maintain current training proficiencies and sign-off on training completed by Cast Members.
• Communicate and partner with other leaders and peers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a Front Office leadership role.
• Ability to influence and drive change within the team.
• Demonstrated skills to see responsibilities through to completion.
• Self-starter with a pursuit of learning opportunities.
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Nice-to-haves
• 2+ years' experience with Opera Property Management System or related systems.
• Experience working in large hotel properties.
• Related leadership experience.
• Experience presenting information.
• Multilingual skills.
• Knowledge of Forbes Standards of Service.
