CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT - PT- REMOTE WFH AFTER TRAINING
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide service to patients in a professional manner.
• Provide excellent, concise communication.
• Learn and understand ETM software operation.
• Learn and understand billing and account operations.
• Answer and document all telephone inquiries.
• Research and resolve problems with patients' bills.
• Update patients' insurance coverage as needed.
• Print courtesy claims and itemized statements.
• Rebill accounts after receiving insurance information.
• Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plan as needed.
• Perform other duties and assignments as requested.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) required.
• Ability to speak, listen and type simultaneously.
• Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment.
Nice-to-haves
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in retail and restaurant service is encouraged.
