About the position Responsibilities • Provide hands-on care to patients in their homes as part of the Hospital At Home program. • Collaborate with a team of clinicians including Command Center RNs, MDs, and Field Therapists. • Manage clinical care for patients who meet inpatient criteria in a home setting. • Utilize medical equipment, meals, and diagnostics provided in the home. • Maintain communication with virtual colleagues throughout the day. • Ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction. Requirements • Graduation from an accredited nursing program. • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. • 1 year of nursing experience. Nice-to-haves • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. • 3 years of IV/Infusion skills. • Recent Home Health experience. • Point of Care experience.
