Motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and personal growth. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share. Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain high standards of operational excellence. Foster strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive brand image and customer loyalty. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform business decisions. Manage inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising to maximize sales opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product teams, to plan and execute in-store events and promotions. Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities for team members.
