Online Chat Support Agent
                                This is a remote position.
We re looking for a highly communicative and detail-oriented Online Chat Support Agent to join our growing this remote position you will be the first point of contact for website and application users seeking assistance ensuring their questions are resolved quickly and professionally through live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide real-time support to users via online chat platforms
• Address product-related inquiries troubleshoot basic issues and guide users through solutions
• Document and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal remote teams
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction
• Collaborate with fellow remote team members to improve support processes
Requirements
• 1 year of experience in a customer service or chat support role
• Strong typing skills and excellent written communication
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with chat software such as Intercom Zendesk or similar tools
• A proactive patient and customer-focused attitude
