Customer Care Rep 1- Bilingual- Remote (Must live in Central Time Only)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls from customers and company associates.
• Document interactions with customers when appropriate.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Update customer records and electronically record interactions.
• Work with higher-level Customer Care Representatives or Supervisors to resolve complex customer situations.
• Escalate unresolved customer issues or technical problems for further investigation.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in customer-related services.
• Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
• Comprehensive spelling and grammar skills.
• Ability to use multiple systems while assisting customers.
• Basic knowledge of computers and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer experience.
Nice-to-haves
• Fluency in Spanish and English, able to speak, listen, converse, and write proficiently.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and empathy towards customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and active listening abilities.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
