Co-op, Fleet Change Management (Fall 2025)
                                How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)
• Work directly with the Manager, Fleet Change Management to coordinate and direct numerous project activities as defined by a fully developed project plan.
• Take a hands-on approach with preparing and communicating project performance, cost updates, and status reports.
• Manage and drive strategic and process-focused initiatives that support the Flight Operations infrastructure.
• Manage project risks, develop contingency plans, and actively communicate updates and changes to all relevant stakeholders.
• Update and leverage project management tools to provide visibility of strategy, timelines, communication, training, and success metrics.
• Support the communication of operational dashboards and roadmaps relevant to various levels of leadership and key stakeholders.
• Gather feedback and propose process improvement recommendations for optimal training outcomes.
• Obtain weekly status updates of ongoing projects to report out to management, enabling the ability to communicate real-time status updates to the General Manager, Fleet Process & Strategy.
• Gather requirements and draft project plans that are in accordance with the established PM infrastructure and methodology.
• Attend project planning meetings and provide meeting notes when applicable.
• Prepare and assist with project documentation and holistic project management team documentation.
• Identify action requirements, capture existing processes, and identify future process improvements.
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
• Working as a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation. This position is intended to provide you with educational, and professional work experience to prepare you for the workforce.
• This position requires you to work for 3 alternating semesters. You cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op at the same time, which may delay your graduation by 1-2 semesters.
• Students must be able to complete 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA in line with the below schedule:
• Fall 2025 - 1st rotation
• Summer 2026 - 2nd rotation
• Spring 2027 - 3rd rotation
• Experience with multi-tasking in a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment ideal
• Possess the ability to simultaneously balance and adjust scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), liaising with both technical and non-technical professionals
• Outside-of-the box thinking
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies preferred but not required
• Strong organizational, project management, and personal management skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Must be currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and strong computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VBA, and Access. Experience working extensively with Microsoft Sharepoint preferred but not required.

• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
