Role- EasyVista Tool Admin
Location- Toledo, OH or Remote
contract role
Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration and Configuration:
Manage and maintain the EasyVista platform, including user and role management, security settings, and system performance.
Configure and customize modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, and Asset Management.
Design and build workflows, business rules, UI policies, and reports using EasyVista's no-code/low-code platform.
Manage the Service Catalog and self-service portals to ensure a positive user experience.
System Integration:
Integrate EasyVista with other enterprise systems and third-party tools (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft SCCM, Jira) using APIs (REST/SOAP).
Synchronize user and asset data to maintain a single, accurate source of information.
Support and Maintenance:
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for EasyVista-related issues.
Plan, test, and implement system upgrades, patches, and code migrations.
Create and maintain technical and process documentation for both the IT team and end-users.
Reporting and Analysis:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor IT service performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to IT leadership.
Analyze system usage and performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure the platform adheres to ITIL and other relevant best practices for service management.
Maintain an accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to support IT operations and change management.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Proven experience as an administrator or developer on the EasyVista platform.
Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL frameworks.
Experience with system integrations using APIs.
Knowledge of basic database concepts and the ability to perform basic SQL queries.
Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS).
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve technical issues.
Ability to analyze data and create meaningful reports and dashboards.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
