We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join our remote engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, automating, and maintaining infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that enable rapid, reliable software delivery at scale. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong collaboration with development, QA, and operations teams.

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.) for automated deployments.

  • Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

  • Implement and manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).

  • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, etc.).

  • Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning.

  • Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to improve deployment strategies and reduce lead time.

  • Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency.

  • Troubleshoot complex issues across dev, test, and production environments.

  • 10+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Systems Engineer.

  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.

  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).

  • Deep understanding of CI/CD best practices.

  • Strong background in Linux system administration and networking.

  • Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Bash, Go, or similar).

  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

  • Knowledge of security best practices (IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning).

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
