Senior Staff Accountant – FP&A

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join their client's finance team. The role involves managing month-end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic insights through budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. This position requires a strong foundation in accounting and advanced analytical skills.

Requirements

• Post transactions and reconcile bank and credit card accounts using QuickBooks Online.
• Adjust and reconcile loan and debt accounts.
• Review and classify fixed asset activity.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of balance sheet and P&L statements.
• Analyze financial data and identify inconsistencies.
• Lead monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and trend analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning.
• Partner with business units to gather data and deliver insights.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and scenarios.
• Perform cost analysis, margin reviews, and profitability tracking.
• Improve FP&A tools and processes.
• Cross-functional collaboration with accounting, operations, and executive teams.
• Support audits and tax filings.
