Support Data Analyst
As a Support Data Analyst at AppsFlyer, you'll be at the intersection of data, product, and customer experience, supporting the Global Support group while also driving cross-functional analytics initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to AppsFlyer's rapid growth, develop deep domain expertise in both data analytics and customer support operations, and collaborate with teams like Engineering, Product, Client Services, and the AppsFlyer Analytics Guild.
Requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and insights that guide business and product decisions.
- Develop and maintain scalable data models, reports, and dashboards using tools like SQL, Excel, and Looker.
- Own data workstreams that support KPI tracking and operational efficiency, and support Engineers in resolving customer issues through data exploration and root cause analysis.
- Improve data pipelines with Python, DBT, BigQuery, and Athena to enhance support team efficiency. Spot workflow gaps and suggest data-driven solutions to improve technical support operations.
- Partner with Support leaders, Engineers, and Analysts to influence decisions with data, and deliver clear, actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Lead cross-functional analytics projects from planning through execution.
