Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep detailed records of candidate progress and recruitment activities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
• No previous experience in recruitment is necessary; full training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
