About the position Responsibilities • Lead the development, execution, and measurement of digital media programs across UHC Employer & Individual. • Oversee and direct growth activities for Google, Bing, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and future channels. • Partner with measurement leads and third-party analytics platforms to demonstrate the impact of digital brand advertising on business performance. • Contribute to the growth of organizational capabilities in digital marketing and champion expansion into new areas. • Design processes and procedures to ensure ongoing excellence in digital media delivery. • Cultivate relationships with external partners and collaborate with internal business partners, including finance, to manage budgets effectively. • Present results across the marketing organization and senior marketing leadership. • Stay informed about marketplace best practices and industry trends for digital paid media. • Provide thought-leadership and subject matter expertise to business leaders and stakeholders. Requirements • 8+ years of B2B digital media experience. • 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary agency or in-house teams. • Experience driving forecasting of digital media programs with a focus on accuracy and quality. • Experience leading and developing a team of digital experts and working with cross-functional partners. • Deep understanding of digital paid media as a brand building and acquisition/retention channel. • Proven exceptional understanding of the analytics of digital media programs and ability to communicate insights to leadership. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire at all levels. • Proven track record of ownership, urgency, and sound decision-making skills. • Solid leadership and consensus-building skills. Nice-to-haves • 10+ years of digital media experience. • 7+ years of leading multi-disciplinary agency or in-house teams. • Balanced knowledge of technology and digital consumer trends. • Proven team player with a cooperative approach to problem-solving. • Comfortable working with ambiguity and change. • Ability to thrive under pressure in a complex work environment. • Curious business mind with a willingness to consider new approaches.
