Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with our marketing team to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns and cross-promotion of content
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our clients remain competitive
  • Providing regular progress updates and reporting to our clients on social media performance and campaign results

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of working with real estate clients
  • A portfolio showcasing your social media content creation skills, including reels and graphic content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling social media content and communicate effectively with our clients
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Comfortable with time and activity tracking via Hubstaff while working
  • Availability to work in the US Time zone
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with a backup solution in place for power outages and network disruptions

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
  • Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads
  • Experience with content creation software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Ability to create engaging video content, including reels and live streams
  • Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
