About the Role: Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Advisory: Provide expert financial advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions on their financial matters. This will require a deep understanding of banking and financial products, as well as the ability to analyze clients' financial situations and provide tailored advice.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Yes Bank products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients. This will involve ongoing learning and professional development to ensure that you have a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns, issues, and complaints in a timely and effective manner. This will require strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of bank products to clients. This will involve understanding clients' financial needs and providing them with solutions that meet those needs, while also meeting sales targets.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory and bank standards. This will require a deep understanding of banking regulations and a commitment to following compliance procedures.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales and performance targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This will involve setting goals and targets, and working towards achieving them while delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:
