You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse, including account takeovers, spam, and other forms of malicious behavior. **About the Role** As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll lead a team of experts in identifying and eliminating threats to our platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and implement solutions to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse, including: * Developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse, including account takeovers, spam, and other forms of malicious behavior * Leading a team of experts in identifying and eliminating threats to our platform * Collaborating with the Strategy Development team to create approaches using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior * Developing and implementing solutions to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse, including working with the Product Management and Design teams to develop new tools and features * Managing accelerations with tight timelines to deliver results and drive business impact * Building and maintaining relationships with key cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes and prevent adversarial abuse **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) * At least 4 years of experience in a related field, including experience in risk management, anti-fraud, and data analysis * 2 years of experience working with data engineering teams to build and maintain data infrastructure and machine learning models * 2 years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-standard hours as required by accelerations * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive business decisions * Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners * Experience with SQL, R, and/or Matlab is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * A postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) * 2 years of experience in investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection * Experience or demonstrated interest in anti-abuse activities * Strong business acumen, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and business decisions * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity and uncertainty **What We Offer** At YouTube, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
