**Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics - YouTube**

As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll play a critical role in leading our Trust and Security team to achieve this goal. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse, including account takeovers, spam, and other forms of malicious behavior.
**About the Role**
As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll lead a team of experts in identifying and eliminating threats to our platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and implement solutions to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse, including:
* Developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse, including account takeovers, spam, and other forms of malicious behavior
* Leading a team of experts in identifying and eliminating threats to our platform
* Collaborating with the Strategy Development team to create approaches using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior
* Developing and implementing solutions to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse, including working with the Product Management and Design teams to develop new tools and features
* Managing accelerations with tight timelines to deliver results and drive business impact
* Building and maintaining relationships with key cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes and prevent adversarial abuse
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
* At least 4 years of experience in a related field, including experience in risk management, anti-fraud, and data analysis
* 2 years of experience working with data engineering teams to build and maintain data infrastructure and machine learning models
* 2 years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-standard hours as required by accelerations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive business decisions
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners
* Experience with SQL, R, and/or Matlab is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* A postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
* 2 years of experience in investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection
* Experience or demonstrated interest in anti-abuse activities
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and business decisions
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity and uncertainty

**Note:** This job posting is for a full-time position, and the salary is $24/hour. The job is located in San Bruno, USA, and the work hours are 8 hours per day. The job requires occasional on-call presence on Saturday or Sunday and holidays on a rotational basis.
