Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and customer experience in the Central/West region. Your primary focus will be on delivering valued omnichannel engagement solutions to key stakeholders, resulting in an increased number of patients benefiting from our medicine, Synvisc.

  • Develop and execute a local plan to deliver customer-centric solutions, leveraging key account management expertise and gathering insights to inform initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
  • Engage with HCP's, PA's, C-Suite leaders, and other key customers within a large geography, presenting clinically focused selling messages and providing essential customer service to create and grow revenue.
  • Act as an "account orchestrator" to provide a cohesive customer experience, utilizing digital tools of engagement and demonstrating initiative, drive, and independence in meeting and exceeding individual business goals.
  • Manage and grow 100-200 key Synvisc accounts through proactive account management, developing pull-through plans, and disseminating promotional materials through various channels.
  • Maintain existing contracts, ensuring ordering is in line with tier pricing structures, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to help the team work better and smarter.
  • Utilize innovative tools and technology to enhance the learning experience and assist others in adopting new technology solutions.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience, with a proven track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets.
  • Account management experience in Orthopedics, Medical Surgical, or complex account selling, with a strong understanding of key account management principles.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business solutions and models to sell and engage with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and data analytics to unearth valuable insights that inform new solutions for customers.
  • Strong commercial business acumen, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and innovative thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), with experience in Power BI and Veeva CRM being a plus.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 10% of the time throughout the nation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
