Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative in our remote call center, you'll play a vital role in supporting our organizational goals by creating an exceptional customer experience. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with outstanding service and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone with responsiveness, care, and concern, instilling confidence in our organization and its services.
  • Conduct guided interviews and/or follow scripted sets of questions to gather accurate information and capture it in written reports.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure report accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of customer reports, both internally and externally.
  • Show flexibility in adapting to changing policies, schedules, and interactions with various stakeholders.

  • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain schedule flexibility in a 24/7 operation.

About You

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong typing and basic computer skills, with a minimum typing speed of 35wpm.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A quiet, secure home office or workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection (25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).
  • Proficiency in navigating basic technology, such as Outlook.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a strong results orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A commitment to arriving on time for scheduled shifts and maintaining schedule flexibility.
