Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, or chat, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Use effective soft-selling and interpersonal communication skills to grow the Stanley Steemer brand and promote our services and products.
- Present and answer questions about our services and products to customers, providing solutions and additional product information as needed.
- Work with multiple computer applications, navigating our CRM system and other software tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
- Multi-task and adapt to changing priorities, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring that customer needs are met.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, business partners, and co-workers.
- Strong PC skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and holidays.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a call center environment, although not required.
- Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- A reliable computer with a recent operating system and sufficient processing power.
- 2 monitors to enable efficient multitasking.
- High-speed internet connection to ensure stable and efficient communication with customers and colleagues.
- A USB headset for clear and effective communication.
- A quiet and dedicated workspace that is free from distractions.
Training and Onboarding
We offer comprehensive training to ensure that you're equipped to succeed in your role. Our training program is full-time, Monday - Friday, for three weeks, with two available classes monthly. The training schedule is from 9:00 - 5:30 pm EST. During this time, you'll learn about our services and products, our customer service processes, and the software tools you'll be using.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, with an average hourly rate of $15 - $17. Upon completion of training, you'll receive an hourly rate plus commission. In addition to your compensation, you'll also be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
