Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Director of Client Experience to lead our Indeed Hire Enterprise Client Experience team. As a Director, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for Indeed Hire clients, building a high-performing team, driving strategic initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team of client experience professionals, ensuring timely results on strategic initiatives and consistently exceeding client expectations.
  • Build and manage a team passionate about creating exceptional experiences for job seekers and clients, fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and ensuring team accountability to these requirements.
  • Establish effective feedback mechanisms to identify client and team pain points, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance outcomes through continuous improvement.
  • Define, monitor, and share key metrics on client satisfaction and team performance to drive continuous improvement across Hire teams.
  • Build excellent cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across Indeed Hire, understanding their missions and aligning efforts to drive collective success.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging, mentoring team members to build their skills and confidence.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise client relationship management, internal enterprise talent attraction leadership, or principal staffing industry leader.
  • Minimum 5 years leading multi-faceted teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated capability to establish and maintain cultural tenants supporting organizational and client outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide communication in support of inform and influence models inclusive of internal and external executive-level audiences.
  • Established track record of managing teams of managers while maintaining manager and team accountabilities to high-performance levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to build and manage highly effective enterprise client accounts, propelling long-term growth, retention, and client delight.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to navigate ambiguity while translating function vision and data into cascaded actionable goals.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $170,000 - $290,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes:

  • Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
  • 401(k) matching and equity-based incentive program.
  • Paid time off and 12 paid holidays a year.
  • Up to 26 weeks of paid parental leave.
