Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one tutoring to high school students in all subjects, creating personalized learning plans to help them achieve their goals
• Teach executive, organizational, and study skills to students, helping them to develop essential life skills
• Service existing clients' concerns, questions, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Provide session reports to our office and families within twenty-four hours of each tutoring session, ensuring effective communication and progress tracking
• Collaborate with our team to ensure the highest level of service and support for our students and families

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• 2 years of experience in the education field and industry (a plus)
• Prior tutoring/teaching/coaching experience in specialized education fields (preferred)
• Credentialed tutors and/or graduate degrees (a plus, but not a requirement)
• Experience with basic database/data entry (a plus)
• Strong administration skills, including typing, PC, and recording skills
• Reliable transportation with current car insurance (a must)
• Access to the internet, a computer, and a smartphone
• Consent to a background check
