Key Responsibilities
- Participate in four rotations that will expose you to various business areas, including:
    
- Risk Evaluation: Understand and analyze specific risks, and present findings to management.
 - Rate Filing: Analyze and prepare submissions for regulatory filings.
 - Reserve Analysis: Examine claim data and monitor reserve levels for adequacy.
 - Planning and Forecasting: Provide technical support and analysis for planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
 - Pricing, Trend, and Product Design: Develop and recommend pricing and trend for products or services.
 - Technical Expertise: Develop and implement technical solutions to complex problems, and demonstrate proficiency with various tools and applications.
 
 - Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and apply them to drive business results.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
 - Communicate complex ideas and findings effectively to stakeholders.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., actuarial science, mathematics, statistics).
 - Willingness to relocate to a designated Actuarial hub.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or work experience supporting actuarial functions in an organization or industry.
 - Demonstrated leadership experience, such as holding a decision-making role in student or social organization activities, or sports.
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
