We're on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Contract Recruiter to join our Projects division, bringing a consultative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional recruitment experiences. As a remote role, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while still being an integral part of our team.

About the Role

As a Senior Contract Recruiter at Korn Ferry, you'll be responsible for building and extending client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery. Your expertise will shine in sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing top candidates to our clients. You'll be the subject matter expert in applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet client profiles and build talent pools for current and future engagements
  • Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional, and responsive manner, ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies to enhance recruitment processes
  • Conduct role briefings with clients, setting clear expectations for the recruitment process
  • Follow agreed-upon client recruitment processes, ensuring seamless delivery
  • Utilize competency interviewing techniques to identify and differentiate top candidates in presentations and short-list processes
  • Foster strong candidate relationships, effectively communicating position opportunities and client value propositions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience, interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
  • 5+ years of experience conducting competency and behavioral-based interviews
  • 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience, with expertise in navigating and optimizing ATS platforms
  • 2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping, recruitment strategies, and Boolean searches
  • A High School diploma; a 4-year degree is preferred
