Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 8+ years of software development experience across mobile and TV platforms, with a deep understanding of native app development principles on Android and/or Apple.
• 3+ years of software engineering management experience, overseeing multi-platform teams and driving technical excellence.
• Strong people management skills, with experience providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development guidance to direct reports.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines to achieve common goals.
• A proven track record of shipping code at scale and driving technical innovation.
