Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Imaging Scan Specialist to join our remote team on a 1st shift schedule. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing and analyzing CT scans for customized cranial implants, utilizing specialized software and ensuring accurate data transfer to global design teams. Key Responsibilities

As a Scan Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Collaborate with the Customized Implant Design team to process and analyze incoming medical imaging scans (e.g., CT) for patient-specific implant designs.
  • Ensure accurate interpretation and analysis of scans, supporting seamless data transfer to global design teams and manufacturing.
  • Execute meticulous work with a keen eye for detail, recognizing the crucial impact of precision in every task.
  • Cultivate trust and collaborative partnerships with surgeons, hospital staff, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and project success.
  • Deliver clear and articulate updates to stakeholders, effectively communicating issues and progress in a concise manner.

What You Need

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in medical imaging or related fields
  • Reside in Pacific Standard Time zone, ability to meet work schedule

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in medical imaging
  • Fundamental understanding of anatomy and medical imaging principles
  • Demonstrated customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication skills
