About the Role

As a pivotal member of our customer service team, you will be the face and voice of our organization, providing top-notch service to a diverse group of stakeholders, including students, instructors, and other key individuals. Your role will be multifaceted, involving handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for all our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls with a focus on delivering service excellence and meeting all regulatory requirements.
  • Navigate through various customer scenarios using our training and resource materials to provide effective solutions.
  • Employ empathy and effective communication skills to manage customer interactions positively.
  • Handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring all enrollment and completion issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Process payments securely, adhering to our strict privacy and compliance standards.
  • Document interactions clearly and accurately in our business systems.
  • Engage in outbound calls for general inquiries or to complete transactions.
  • Advocate for our self-service options to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Relay common customer feedback to management to drive continuous improvement.
  • Address returned mail promptly to maintain the accuracy of our database.
  • Undertake additional tasks as needed to support the team and organization.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, enabling you to support a broader range of customers.

Compensation and Benefits
