Key Responsibilities

 - Payment Processing: Process account payments and perform end-of-shift cash-out procedures accurately, maintaining high-performance standards to ensure exceptional service delivery.
 - Account Maintenance: Conduct account maintenance tasks such as changes, adjustments, and statement requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
 - Customer Outreach: Reach out to customers for additional account information as needed, providing support in resolving customer concerns and correspondence.
 - Reporting: Prepare insightful reports, including the CSR Daily Activity report and cash-out report, to help drive business decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
 
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma; some college education preferred.
 - Experience: A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a related field.
 - Typing Skills: Proficiency in typing at a speed of 30 words per minute.
 - Computer Skills: Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask across various programs and systems.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable, with a potential for increased compensation.
 - Background Check and Drug Test: Successful completion of a background check and drug test is required.
