Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager, Clinical Health Services to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As an Associate Manager, you will direct the implementation of healthcare management services for assigned functional areas, ensuring that our services are delivered with the highest level of quality and compassion. Key Responsibilities
- Implement clinical policies and procedures in accordance with relevant regulatory and licensure standards (e.g., NCQA, URAC, state and federal regulations and mandates as applicable)
 - Serve as a subject matter expert and coach to the team regarding practice guidelines, quality of interventions, issue resolution, and critical thinking
 - Ensure implementation and monitoring of best practice approaches and innovations to better address the needs of our members across the continuum of care
 - Collaborate with other key business areas to achieve organizational goals and objectives
 - Develop and/or assist in the development and review of new training content
 - Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
 - Maintain the confidentiality of member data and adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality
 - Oversee resources responsible for identification of members, development and implementation of care plans, enhancement of clinical appropriateness and quality of care, and monitoring, evaluating, and documenting of care
 - Analyze and interpret data, identify areas for improvement, and focus on interventions to improve outcomes
 - Establish, initiate, evaluate, monitor, and communicate performance expectations
 - Ensure the team's understanding and utilization of data system capability and functionality
 - Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for staff, involving clearly defined requirements with regard to education, experience, technical, and performance skills
 - Evaluate developmental needs and collaborate with others to identify and implement action plans that support the development of high-performing teams
 - Establish a work environment and style that promotes the concept of teamwork, cross-functional integration, and continuum of care feeling that results in strong performance
 - Consistently demonstrate the ability to act as a model change agent and lead change efforts
 - Establish a positive work environment by recognizing team contributions, requesting input, and offering individual support, when required
 
Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in clinical subject matter
 - Active and unrestricted RN or LCSW licensure in the state of residence
 - Bachelor's degree in a social health field; or Registered Nurse (BSN preferred)

- Managed Medicare insight
 - Experience working from home/independent arrangement, using tools to virtually collaborate and connect with teams
