Key Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions.
• Collaborate with utility teams to outline, define, and capture commercial enterprise needs.
• Leverage Voice of the Customer methods to define and transform data within the Cornerstone Big Data Platform.
• Design and build robust data model architecture to aid efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
• Develop and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python.
• Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the big data ecosystem.
• Power consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design, and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
• Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end process.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting languages for data-driven tasks for a span of at least 3+ years.
• Active collaboration with relationship managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to the business teams.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience.

Preferred Qualifications

To stand out in this role, you should have:

• Experience with big data and analytics technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data architecture principles.
