About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, providing exceptional customer service and an effortless experience.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous call center experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a typing speed of 35 wpm or greater.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including email and Word/Excel basics.
  • A reliable internet connection that can handle VPN access.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous healthcare experience, either in a clinical or administrative setting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology, including pharmacy and medical concepts.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.
