About the Role: Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Fredericksburg, VA office. As the first point of contact for our policyholders, you will play a critical role in delivering personalized service that demonstrates the value of being insured by GEICO. Key Responsibilities:
