Remote Claims Agent - Night Shift (Sunday - Thursday)
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Claims Agent to join our team at Workwarp. As a Claims Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless claims processing. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Job Overview:
• Work from the comfort of your own home (once initial office training is completed)
• Competitive salary and benefits package
• 35 hours per week, Sunday - Thursday, 8pm - 4am
• Immediate start available
About the Role:
Responsibilities:
• Receive and process claims via email and phone
• Manage emails and incoming phone calls in line with SLAs
• Ensure accurate and clear recording of all information collected
• Effectively manage cases, liaising with in-hours teams and ensuring clear communication
• Handle incoming post and email, escalating potential fraudulent claims and complaints as necessary
• Contribute to and follow the firm's policy on Treating Customers Fairly
Requirements:
• Good basic English and Maths skills (at least GCSE grade C or equivalent)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Reliable, with good timekeeping and organisation skills
• Ability to learn and competently use different IT systems
• Confident communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
