About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences, including destination interests, and budget considerations
• Accommodation Recommendations:
  • Advise clients on resort selections, considering factors such as room type, location, and amenities
  • Assist with room upgrades, special requests, and accessibility accommodations
• Sales & Promotions:
  • Stay informed about Disney's promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs
  • Promote and upsell packages, including themed and special events

Qualifications & Skills

To succeed as a Disney Destination Specialist, you'll need:

• Deep knowledge of all things Disney, including Disney Cruise Line, Disney Adventures, and Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa
