Position Overview: Energy Services Data Entry Clerk (Typist)
As a valued member of our team, the Energy Services Data Entry Clerk (Typist) will play a crucial role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our programs. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from home and collaborate with our team to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
 - Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt.
 - Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
 - Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
 - Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
 - Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
 - Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
 - Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings.
 - Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.
 - Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role.
 - Perform related work as required.
 
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
 - Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes.
 - Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education.
 - Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
 - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
 - Experience with database management systems, particularly Monday.com, is an asset.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
