About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Call Center Virtual Assistant to support our mortgage refinancing outreach. The VA will be responsible for dialing prospects from provided lists and engaging them in conversations about refinancing opportunities. The goal is to generate interest, qualify leads, and connect prospects with our team for further discussions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Place outbound calls to prospects from provided lists regarding refinancing opportunities.
• Discuss options such as:
• Lower interest rates
• Lower monthly payments
• Shorter loan terms for faster payoff
• Cash-out refinancing
• Removing mortgage insurance (PMI) due to increased property equity
• Or a combination of these refinancing benefits
• Qualify leads and document call outcomes accurately.
• Schedule follow-up calls or transfer qualified prospects to the next step in the process.
• Maintain a professional and persuasive phone presence to build rapport with potential clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Required: Previous experience in the mortgage industry (mortgage leads, refinancing, or related call center experience).
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proven ability to handle objections and explain financial benefits clearly.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working part-time with a flexible schedule (10 hrs/week, PST timezone).
