Your mission is to cut through the chaos to sign clients to Arsenic. You serve as a beacon so high value talent is led to understand that the opportunity with Arsenic is superior to alternatives. You turn no into maybe, maybe into yes, and you do it the right way.
Role
• Sign High-Value Talent: Take opportunities and introductions to talent and move them decisively across the finish line.
• Frame & Persuade: Position Arsenic as the obvious partner — using truth, not hype, as the most powerful sales weapon.
• Strategic Objection Handling: Understand client psychology and how to communicate effectively.
• "Hungry" Follow-Up: Own the pipeline until it’s a signed contract — persistent without being desperate. When we eat, you eat.
• Urgency Creation: Set timelines, next steps, and keep momentum alive until ink is dry.

Qualifications
• Proven track record in sales, dealmaking, talent representation, or similar fields.
• Experience persuading high-value clients, ideally women in entertainment, media, or lifestyle verticals.
• Comfort working in high-pressure, competitive environments.
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
• A natural closer’s instinct. You know when to push and when to pause.
