About the position Responsibilities • Act as the liaison between Instructors and the Content maintenance team for course updates. • Perform formal reviews of course content for relevance and compliance with current requirements and industry standards. • Serve as the knowledge expert on new course developments and spin-offs. • Facilitate the product launch process and assist new instructors. • Support planning processes to ensure courses meet high-quality standards. • Conduct competitor course reviews and collaborate with the product team on trends and strategies. • Complete product strategy documents and preplan for examination changes and course assets. • Enhance employee understanding of course content through internal sales training sessions. • Host webinars for prospective students to assist in their enrollment decisions. • Support cross-functional teams in maintaining exam pass and course completion rates. • Assist with B2B customer-facing presentations and engagements. • Understand instructor responsibilities and facilitate sessions for assigned students. • Moderate discussion boards and respond to student inquiries. • Review survey feedback and communicate results to instructors. • Manage program details, including preparation tools for certification exams. Requirements • Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field. • Certified Paralegal (CP) or equivalent certification. • 2-3 years' experience in a comparable professional capacity. • 0-1 years of people management experience. • 1-2 years instructing experience in person and/or online. • Proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and case management. • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with legal professionals. • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards. • Some experience creating student-facing educational content. • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and platforms. • Strong teamwork capabilities and communication skills. Nice-to-haves • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field. • 1-2 years of people management experience. • Experience in creating educational content. • Familiarity with current educational technologies. • Participation in the development of online educational materials.
