Key Responsibilities
- Remote Event Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and providing administrative support for events. Liaise with vendors, manage logistics, and oversee post-event follow-up activities to ensure seamless execution.
- Marketing Campaigns: Support the creation of marketing content, conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer preferences.
- Administrative Support: Organize and maintain marketing documents, coordinate team logistics, and assist in tracking budgets for cost-effective operations. Provide administrative support to the marketing specialist and the broader team as needed.
- Creative Support: Collaborate in the creation of visual content that adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice. Develop and implement social media strategies, monitor, and update platforms as necessary.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, contribute fresh ideas, and participate in training and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Team Merchandise Procurement and Distribution: Manage and coordinate apparel orders for team members, ensuring timely processing, accurate sizing, and delivery in line with company branding standards.
Essential Qualifications
