Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and help us grow the sequel to our hit life sim game, Comfy Grove. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing game features, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize game features using C# and Unity
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Assist in the development of live carrier sports to identify and resolve issues
• Contribute to the growth of our mobile development capabilities, including iOS and Android
• Coordinate and assemble effective partnerships within the engineering team and other development verticals
• Work autonomously and impact teams through proactive leadership and effective communication
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code that optimizes performance and stability
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in game development

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional game development experience
• Experience delivering at least one commercial game using the Unity game engine
• Advanced programming skills in C# with the ability to write and review code that optimizes performance and stability
• Experience with live carrier sports development and issue resolution
• iOS and Android mobile development experience
• Ability to coordinate and assemble effective partnerships within the engineering team and other development verticals
• Ability to work autonomously and impact teams through proactive leadership and effective communication
• Passion for making the world a better place through games!

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of game development pipelines and tools
• Experience with cloud-based game development and deployment
• Familiarity with Netflix's technology stack and architecture
