Role Summary:

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. You will report to the Customer Success Supervisor and play a key role in guiding customers through the shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting the team to help grow a successful brand. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Answer all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with our brand.
  • Empowered Decision-Making: Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Empathy and Business Acumen: Be empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line, balancing customer satisfaction with business objectives.
  • Collect and Share Feedback: Collect feedback from customers and share it with external teams to ensure that customer needs are being met and to drive continuous improvement.
  • Meet Interaction Targets: Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift, meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers.

Role Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Stable Internet Connection: Access to a consistently stable internet connection to perform job duties.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of both customers and the business.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fashion Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the fashion industry, including current trends and styles.
  • Additional Projects: Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs.
