Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer receives personalized attention and support.
  • Register customers and verify their admission to clubs and/or lounges.
  • Complete all guest experience elements, including greeting customers by name, providing WIFI passwords, and offering assistance.
  • Make and confirm flight reservations using internal systems such as SABRE or QIK.
  • Check in premium passengers, handle flight changes, rebooking, and passport verification.
  • Track flights for boarding schedules, delays, or disruptions to best serve customer needs.
  • Issue customer tickets, including day of departure, reissues, and future tickets.
  • Cancel passenger reservations as requested and prioritize customers for upgrades or standby.
  • Resolve customer travel difficulties promptly and efficiently.
  • Escalate unresolved customer issues to the next level of support, including premium services CSCs or CSMs.
  • Record customer issues in the passenger name record (PNR) and perform club enrollment or sales operations.
  • Coordinate services for customers with elite status, including Concierge Key program and Five Star service.
  • Assist customers with luggage, maintain lounge appearance, and engage with business partners to ensure food and beverage availability.
  • Supervise business partner activities, including catering and sanitation, and assist customers with technology in clubs and/or lounges.
  • Reserve meeting rooms, coordinate services for gatherings, and complete opening and closing procedures for clubs and/or lounges.
  • Respond to escalating customer issues, perform liquor inventory audits, and monitor the KeyStar system to ensure suitable services are provided to clients.

Essential Qualifications

  • GED or high school diploma.
  • Fluent in English, with some locations requiring bilingual language capabilities.
  • Ability to pass an FAA criminal background check for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA).
  • Ability to obtain proper airport authorization and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication, salesmanship, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, service-oriented, and professional, with a high level of organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work irregular and/or long hours, including weekends and holidays, and attend training sessions in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas.
  • Experience with computers and previous experience in the travel business are preferred.
