Creator Programs Manager (Hybrid)
The Creator Programs team plays a critical role in driving Spotify’s strategy around engaging with and retaining audio creators on platform through strategic initiatives. We are looking for a Manager to support the Creator Programs team as the Creator Content business continues to grow. This is a generalist role that offers the opportunity to work across priority projects, connecting the team strategy to key initiatives, campaigns and events.
The right candidate is passionate about the future of the creator economy, highly organized, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong project management skills, and is able to work with many different types of stakeholders.
What you'll do
• Manage cross-functional initiatives from a creator partnerships perspective, developing promotional solutions for Spotify creators such as programs, events, and scaled campaigns.
• Develop Spotify creator recognition programs.
• Understand and evangelize Spotify creator community needs to the business, actively identifying opportunities to better serve priority creator communities, globally.
• Partner closely with leaders in content, marketing, PR, and business strategy to ensure efficient project management across key initiatives.
• Champion Diversity & Inclusion in all Spotify Creator Programs.
• Set and evaluate measurable goals and metrics for your team’s initiatives and programs to quantify success alongside key measurement, research, and strategy stakeholders.
• Actively participate in Spotify’s overall creator community engagement strategy and goal-setting, regularly communicating with and presenting to senior leadership.
• This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA and New York, NY
Who you are
• Passionate about audio content and creators with an understanding of the industry and ecosystem.
• 5-7 years of program management or marketing experience at creator-centric platforms, ideally in community or creator partnerships roles.
• A team player who enjoys working in an experimental and extremely fast-paced environment within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong communication and organization skills to draw alignment with local and cross-functional teams, as well as senior leadership.
• Energetic and enthusiastic, striving to find ways to optimize how the team works together toward common goals.
• Substantial experience conceptualizing, planning and launching marketing campaigns, and driving & owning brand and performance KPIs
• Compelling speaker and strong oral and written communication skills for internal and external forums.
• The United States base range for this position is $101,858-$127,322, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. These ranges may be modified in the future.
