Our Owned Brands organization is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, making, and sourcing the stylish and affordable products that our guests love. As a Project Manager within this organization, you'll play a critical role in driving the development of our kids, newborn, infant, and toddler products, as well as seasonal accessories.
Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Product Operations team within Owned Brands. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for driving all phases of product creation, from kick-off to hind-sighting. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to establish the optimal product and packaging approach, ensuring that we deliver on our business objectives and guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and own End-to-End Timing & Action (T&A) plans to support an integrated project and packaging creation process
- Establish the optimal approach for our Owned Brand team, project, product category, and business partners to ensure efficiencies and guest needs are met
- Outline T&A requirements and seek necessary input from all functional areas
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in future T&As by leveraging analytics, reporting, and hind-sighting to drive future improvements
- Drive Owned Brand business results by facilitating cross-functional teams and leading CFT members to achieve desired outcomes
- Establish and manage relationships with all AOE's required to participate in the project
- Partner with key stakeholders to align resources to project plans and achieve desired outcomes
- Monitor compliance of activities from project kick-off through results analysis
- Identify, track, and facilitate risk mitigation plans to anticipate potential roadblocks and risks
Essential Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of Project Management experience or experience running structured, well-coordinated approaches to projects
- Project Management Certificate, PMP Certification, or Agile training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels, including senior leaders
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- High sense of urgency, initiative, and proactive planning
- Advanced ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment and manage relationships with team members and key business partners, including senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of product development
- Mentoring or coaching experience
- Ability to lead teams through change
- Knowledge of Project Management systems and tools
- Smartsheet experience

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $69,000 - $124,200 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
