You will have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions * Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients * Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise * Offer solutions to help simplify members' health care experience * Learn more about health care while expanding your own experiences and opening doors to additional opportunities within blithequark **Work from Home Opportunity** We offer Work from Home flexibility if you meet the criteria, including maintaining your own internet with approved speed requirements, a secure workspace free from distractions, and successful completion of the training program. Our comprehensive training program includes virtual training of a minimum of 6 weeks after 2 days of onsite new colleague orientation, designed to allow you to experience hands-on learning while interacting with trainers, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement from day 1! **Schedule Options** We offer flexible schedule options, designed to create a work-life balance for those balancing priorities in and outside of work. Our full-time schedules range from 30-40 hours per week, with days off and hours varying based on business needs.
